By accessing or using LabSense AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

By using LabSense AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice.

LabSense AI provides an AI-powered tool for interpreting medical laboratory results for educational and informational purposes only. The service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use LabSense AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to: use the service for medical emergencies, attempt to circumvent any security measures, scrape or harvest data from the service, use the service to provide medical advice to others, or misrepresent the AI interpretations as medical diagnoses.

LabSense AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All content is for informational purposes only. See our full Medical Disclaimer for details. You assume full responsibility for how you use the information provided.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on LabSense AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LabSense AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. User Content
Lab values and files you submit are processed in real-time and not stored by us. By submitting data, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the interpretation service.
7. Third-Party Services
Our service uses third-party APIs including an AI interpretation engine and Google services (Analytics, AdSense). Your use is also subject to these third parties' terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabSense AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed $0 (as the service is provided free of charge).
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
